The cutter is intended for very fine crumbling of meat with simultaneous hydration and seasoning for the desired stuffing.

The motors for driving the knife shaft and the bowl are two-speed. Unloading of the stuffing from the cutter's bowl takes place by means of the dial selector. All elements in contact with the meat, as well as the outer surfaces of the machine, are made of acid-resistant materials.
