dimensions: 960 mm x 400 mm).Drive with smooth speed control; 3rd floor at the height from the ground: 1,200 mm - for feeding raw materials in trays

(tray dimensions: 280 x 358 mm) width 330 mm transport path. Trays transported

by a central 1-row roller chain, width: 40 mm; Drive with smooth speed control. 4th floor at the height from the ground: 1.500 mm - conveyor collecting empty trays

after unloading the product, width transport path: 330 mm. Trays carried by a central

1-row roller chain, 40 mm wide. On at the end of the 4th floor there is a spray tray washer

for empty trays. Washer dimensions: 975 x 415 x 380 mm; goal dimensions: 340 x 190 mm.

Washer equipped with bottom and side showers. Under the 4th floor there is a drip gutter at a height of 1,400 mm from the ground. The table is equipped with 24 workstations at the height from the ground: 880 mm. - Dimensions of the PE worktop: - width - 900 mm; - depth - 435 mm. - Each 2 adjacent stands are equipped with a movable openwork basket (480 x 320 x 80 mm);

for waste bins.

- Each station has a rectangular opening for feeding the filled packages onto the receiving conveyor. - The device is equipped with 3 emergency stop switches.
