Measure method: * The basis for calculating the meat content are measurements of the fat thickness at the level of the K II point; * Backfat thickness at the height of point K I and the distance from point K I to the core canal, measured on carcass with PQM-I; * The percentage determination of meatiness is calculated after entering the obtained data into calculation formula (regression equation).
