Device description: The RWM 600-TL industrial washing machine is designed for washing crates and their covers of different dimensions (by adjusting the guides to the dimensions of the box). In the washing machine, dirty boxes are transported upside down. The lids of the bins are placed sideways on the plastic belt. The washing machine has two sections: main washing and rinsing. In the washing section, the washing water circulates in a closed circuit and is purified by flowing through a removable filter. Rinsing with clean water takes place in a separate flushing chamber. Cold or hot water can be used in the flush section. The use of hot water in the rinsing process helps the crates dry faster. After use in the flush section, the water is recycled and flows into the main tank. It is possible to drain this water from the machine to the sewage system through opening the manual valve located below the flush section. Water losses from the main tank are replenished using a float and valve. In order to protect the pump, there is a switch at the bottom of the tank, which turns off the pump if the water level is too low. The water in the main tank is heated by injection steam. The water temperature is controlled by a thermostat located in the control box.
