CANNED PATE PRODUCTION LINE

LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CANNED PATES 1.  Steam boilers with baskets for cooking raw material - 600 l. Stainless steel version with aluminum covers. – 6 sets Lined up in a row loading and unloading of baskets by electric hoist + 2 reserve baskets and electric hoist. An I-beam attached to the ceiling will be required for the full system to function. An electric hoist will run over it. The price given below does not include the I-beam and its fastening. In addition, the boilers require a steam supply reduced to a pressure of 0.2 MPa (2 Atm.). Efficiency of the entire system approx. 2 t/h of cooked raw material. 2.  Wire grinder for initial crushing of raw material, ⌀ 160 mm - 2 pcs. Made of stainless steel. 3.  Tippler for trolleys (Cimber) - 2 pcs. for the above-mentioned wolves. Construction made of carbon steel protected against corrosion. Tipping arm and complete outer casing made of stainless materials. 4.  For the transport of raw material between boilers, grinders, cutters and feeders there will be approx. 30 pcs. of trolleys (Cimber) with adapted handles cooperating with tipplers located at these devices – made entirely of stainless steel. 5.   A completely stainless cutter with self-loading of raw material and a stuffing ejector – bowl capacity 250 l. 6.  Empty packaging washer made entirely of stainless steel – supplying the washer with hot water from the mains – 2 pcs. 7.  Pie dispensers – lacquered structure, parts in contact with the raw material made of stainless materials – 2 pcs. 8.  Tippers of trolleys for pate dispensers - in the execution as in point 3 (Cimber) - 2 pcs. 9.  WZ-65 can closing machines, varnished - adapted to either cans with a cross-section of fi 99, fi 73 mm. - 1 piece. 10. Full packaging washer with a water circulation pump and the possibility of heating it, entirely made of stainless steel - 2 pcs. 11. The line will also require plate conveyors - 4 pcs. and tables - 2 pcs. connecting the work previously mentioned devices. Made of stainless steel. 12. WSA 7 autoclaves - 2 pcs. with full automation, made of boiler steel, externally varnished with heat-resistant varnish. Demand of steam reduced to 0.4 MPa (4 Atm.) pressure delivered through a pipe with a diameter of DN 65 mm - a total of approx. 2 t/h. Demand for water at a pressure of 0.4 MPa (4 Atm.) supplied with a pipe with a diameter of DN 65 mm in the amount of not less than 40 m³/h in total. Air requirement in the amount of at least 6 m³/h with a pressure of 0.8 MPa (8 Atm.) pipe with a diameter of DN 25 mm. 13. Additionally, 48 autoclave baskets made of carbon steel will be needed, varnished. 14. A washer for autoclave packaging with a water circulation pump and the option of heating it and dryer for cans after washing, made of stainless steel. Water, steam and compressed air connections are required for proper operation. 15. Stream labeller - varnished. 16. Shrinking tunnel for packages (when manually forming packages with cans) in its entirety made of stainless steel. The proposed line for the production of pates will have a capacity of approx. 2 t/h. In order for this line to also be able to produce pates in jars, only one will be needed additionally, a lid capping machine with an automatic orientator.
