I. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- This document describes the management of the www.andziak.com website in relation to the processing of personal data of users using the website.
- Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: RODO).
- The administrator of users personal data is Konsorcjum Andziak Sp. J. with its registered office at 18 Jedności Narodowej St., 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland, e-mail address: andziak@andziak.com.
- The information is provided only for the www.andziak.com website, and not for other websites that the user can reach via links.
II.TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED:
- According to the usual practice of most Web sites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs. The exact list of information stored in web server log files is as follows:
- the public IP address of the computer from which the request came (this can be the user's computer directly),
- the name of the client station - identification is carried out by the http protocol, if possible,
- the name of the user given in the authorization process,
- the time of arrival of the request,
- the first line of the http request,
- http response code,
- the number of bytes sent by the server,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - in case the user accessed the Bureau's website via a link,
- information about the user's browser,
- information about errors that occurred in the execution of HTTP transactions.
These data are not associated with specific individuals browsing the website. In order to ensure the highest possible quality of the site, we may analyze the log files to determine which pages are visited most often, which web browsers are used, whether the site structure is error-free, etc.
2.Data provided voluntarily by the user:
a) The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the e-mail address indicated on this website involves the disclosure to Konsorcjum Andziak Sp. J. of the sender's address, necessary to respond to inquiries, as well as any other personal data contained in the message.
b) When asking a question via the site, the user may be asked to provide such data as the name of the entity asking the question, the e-mail address of that entity and a contact telephone number. Submission of the above data is voluntary. This data is collected for the sole purpose of answering the user's question.
3.Cookies.
The Cookies mechanism is not used to obtain any information about the users of the web portal, nor to track their navigation. Cookies used in the web portal do not store any personal data, or other information, collected from users.
III. USE OF DATA.
- The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material used to administer the site. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server and the Konsorcjum Andziak Sp.J. network. Based on the log files, statistics may be generated as an aid to administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of the person visiting the web portal.
- Personal data voluntarily provided by the user are processed using automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Special security measures are applied to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use and unauthorized access.
IV. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the web services of this website takes place at the premises of the Data Controller, namely Konsorcjum Andziak Sp.J. , and is handled exclusively by authorized personnel expressly designated for this purpose. No data originating from the website are transferred or distributed.
V. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
1. Personal data subjects have the right to exercise their rights at any time:
- access to the content of their personal data
- rectification of data
- deletion of data
- restriction of data processing
- data portability
- object to processing that takes place on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest
- withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing,
2.The user has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in a situation where he considers that the processing violates his rights and freedoms.
3.There is no automated decision-making in data processing, including profiling.
